Cheryl Ball, LMFT
Cheryl is a seasoned Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master’s degree from Southern Connecticut State University. Since 2008, she has been dedicated to serving the community through her private practice, Personal Development LLC. Cheryl's therapeutic approach uniquely integrates the mind, body, and spirit, enhancing the inherent strengths and resiliency of her clients.
With a focus on defining and achieving personal goals, Cheryl helps clients overcome obstacles to success. Her expertise primarily lies in working with adults and first responders who have experienced traumatic events.
She is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and is an active member of both the Association of Marriage and Family Therapy and the EMDR International Association.
