Our Group Classes

Our Classroom  is located on the ground level, with access in the back of the building.  These group classes are no larger than 10 people, which spark the motivating energy of a shared experience, while allowing the practitioner the ability to provide individualized instruction within this small group. We offer movement-based classes designed to support everyday strength, recovery, and mobility for adults of all ages. Our guided experiences go beyond traditional workouts to help you feel and move better and live with more intention.

Our Semi-Private Sessions

At Intrinsic Wellness Studio, we know wellness is a personal journey that looks different for everyone. Wellness isn't a one-size fits all. 

Our team believes true healing happens when body, mind, spirit and community connect. 


Located on the second floor, our Mural Room offers a serene and private setting for semi-private sessions—perfect for those seeking a more intimate experience without going fully solo. These small-group offerings are ideal for friends, couples, or families who want to share in wellness together. Whether it’s a movement-based class, meditation, sound bowl experience, couples massage, or personal training, these sessions provide the comfort of a private space with the joy of shared connection. Custom requests are welcome!
