Please reach us at info@intrinsicwellnessstudio.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.
While we may incorporate elements of relaxation, movement, breathwork, or mindful practices, Intrinsic Wellness Studio is not a spa, gym or a traditional yoga studio. We are an integrative wellness hub where individual practitioners come together to create an integrative experience for you. We focus on small group support, individualized attention, and integrative care pathway to wellness that meet you where you are with your life.
Many new clients begin with a studio tour, a complimentary wellness consultation, or both. These options help you explore the space, ask questions, and receive guidance on what might best support your goals—without pressure or commitment.
Our pricing reflects the level of care and collaboration you receive here Most gyms pack 20 people into a class. We cap at 8 people so you can get real personlized attention. Most studios offer one thing. We offer yoga, pilates, stretch, functional movement, meditation and more all under one roof. Most fitness businesses don't talk to each other about your care. Your massage therapist here actually coordinates with your yoga instructor. You're not paying for a class. You're paying for a collaborative care team that knows you, tracks your progress, and adjusts your plan as you grow. That's why our members stay with us for years. In addition to the personalized attention you get with the small group size, our prices include CT sales tax. No additional fees at checkout.
Our classes focus on mobility, flexibility, strength, balance, posture, breathwork, and nervous system regulation. Offerings may vary by season and instructor but are always designed to be supportive, adaptable, and approachable. It's important to note that instructors make adjustments to classes based on who registers. For example for our functional flow class our morning class may have seniors with limitations getting on the floor, but the evening class has more people with should issues. Same class but the way it's taught is different to accommodate the modifications needed. That's why we love our small group policy. It allows the instructors to really know their clients and build the class that's most a appropriate for those attending that day.
Classes are intentionally small, allowing for personalized guidance and modifications. This ensures a safer, more supportive experience than large group fitness environments.

We understand that life happens. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and respectful of our practitioners, instructors and fellow participants. Specific cancellation timeframes are outlined during booking. In general, a 24 hour cancellation is required. For our private one -on-one sessions, this allows the practitioner to offer a client on our waiting list the opportunity to get a session. For our small group classes, due to the nature of the small class size, adequate notice allows others to join the class.
Private and semi-private services are offered on our upper level and may include massage therapy, facials, assisted stretching, mental health counseling, wellness assessments, and mobility enhancement sessions.
