Our Functional strength classes are especially well-suited for adults 30+ who want to gain strength and move with greater ease, confidence, and body awareness. Through intentional balance, posture, and strength training work, this modality empowers you to stay strong, active, independent, and resilient in daily living—without pushing or overloading your body.
Our Functional classes are suitable for level 1 but we encourage mixed groups and adjust to meet the intensity levels of the participants.

Suitable for level 1 or 2 with ability to modify.
Dynamic Pilates Fusion: This energizing class blends traditional mat pilates core work - like roll ups- with a dynamic standing flow that builds strength and boosts cardiovascular health. The first half focuses on controlled, foundational movment, the second half transitions into low-impact, heart-[umping sequences that integrate pilates principles and breathwork. Suitable for level 2 intensity but with option to adjust intensity up or down.
