Two spaces. One integrated approach.

Intrinsic Wellness Studio occupies two levels at 105 Technology Drive in Trumbull, CT.


Downstairs, our studio classroom offers small, supportive group classes focused on mobility, strength, flexibility, and nervous system regulation, along with educational programs and wellness workshops.


Upstairs, we offer private and semi-private services including massage, facials, assisted stretching, mental health counseling, wellness assessments, and mobility enhancement.


We invite new clients to schedule a studio tour to explore the space, ask questions, and see if we’re the right fit—no pressure, no obligation. This isn't about scheduling a single session or class –it's about having someone guide you through your wellness journey.

Our complimentary 30-minute wellness consultations help you explore options that support your goals, lifestyle, and current season of life.


You’ll connect with a member of our wellness team to discuss what fits your needs and how we can create a simple, sustainable plan—so your wellness journey feels clear, enjoyable, and motivating, not overwhelming.

The Moving Forward Program is a personalized, integrative care plan designed to support your unique wellness needs. This is not a one-size-fits-all approach—it’s a pathway built around you.


Guided by our holistic health and certified medical exercise specialist, you’ll have a dedicated Wellness Guide to help you better understand your body, clarify your goals, and navigate the right mix of services to support your progress.


With your permission, our practitioners collaborate to provide a coordinated approach to your care. This may include movement sessions, hands-on therapies, nursing navigation, recovery support, and mind-body practices.
