Michelle Collings is a dedicated wellness professional with over 20 years of experience in the exercise and wellness industry. As a Certified Medical Exercise Specialist, E-RYT 500 Yoga Instructor, and Certified Grief Coach, Michelle blends scientific knowledge with a holistic approach to help individuals heal, strengthen, and thrive. Her work is grounded in compassion and tailored to each client’s unique needs.
Michelle began her career with a strong foundation in Exercise Science and Teaching, later expanding into yoga and holistic wellness after experiencing a personal loss. This life event deepened her understanding of the healing process and led her to complete her 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training and 200-hour Trauma-Informed Yoga Certification. Her practice now integrates movement, mindfulness, and medical exercise to support both physical and emotional recovery.
Grief & Trauma-Informed Yoga
As a Trauma-Informed Yoga Teacher and Grief Coach, Michelle uses movement, breathwork, and meditation to help rebalance the nervous system, improve emotional regulation, and foster reconnection between the mind and body. Her sessions offer a safe, judgment-free space for healing from grief, trauma, and stress.
Functional Fitness & Post-Rehab Support
Michelle specializes in helping clients regain mobility, strength, and balance—especially those managing chronic conditions, orthopedic issues, or recovering from injury or surgery. Her medical exercise programs support a smoother transition from physical therapy to independent movement.
Holistic Nutrition Coaching
Utilizing a performance-based nutrition system developed by NASA, Michelle educates clients on how to fuel the body effectively. This nutritional approach, paired with her fitness training, supports overall health and enhances physical performance and recovery.
Private Sessions
Customized, one-on-one sessions focused on your individual goals.
Semi-Private Sessions
Small group sessions (up to 4 participants) for those looking to share their wellness journey with friends or family.
Group Classes
Join one of Michelle’s yoga or functional fitness classes, designed for 5–12 participants. These supportive group sessions help you build flexibility, strength, and body awareness.
