Michelle Collings, MA, RY500, CMES

Michelle is a holistic health professional and certified medical exercise specialist who brings a thoughtful, whole-person approach to wellness.

With a background in movement, functional health, and mindful practices, she helps clients better understand their bodies, identify what they truly need, and create a realistic path forward.


Her work bridges the gap between fitness, recovery, and overall well-being—supporting clients at every stage, whether they’re just getting started, returning from injury, or looking to build more consistency in their health.


Through the Moving Forward Program, Michelle serves as your guide—offering clarity, support, and a personalized approach so you’re not navigating your wellness journey alone.
