Our Grief Services offer a thoughtful, integrative range of supports designed to meet individuals exactly where they are in their grieving process. 

These services may include counseling with a licensed mental health professional, grief coaching, and grief-informed yoga and movement led by trauma-trained holistic health practitioners.

Grief is not something to “get over,” and it does not follow a timeline. It may show up as sadness, anger, exhaustion, anxiety, numbness, or a sense of feeling ungrounded. Whether you are grieving the loss of a loved one, a relationship, or a meaningful chapter of life, your experience is valid.


Our grief services provide a safe, supportive, and confidential space where you do not have to carry this alone. You are met with compassion—without judgment, pressure, or expectations around how healing should look.


Because grief affects the mind, body, and spirit, integrative supports may include breathwork, somatic healing therapies, mindfulness meditation, or gentle movement such as our grief yoga classes. These offerings allow space for expression, regulation, and restoration in ways that go beyond words.


You don’t have to navigate grief alone. Support is available—one step, one breath at a time.
