Lori’s unwavering passion for health, wellness, and balance has guided her journey in the fitness industry since 1988. With over 30 years of experience teaching a variety of fitness classes in local studios, she brings energy, dedication, and a deep love of movement to every session.
An avid runner, Lori has completed numerous road races, with the 2013 New York City Marathon as a standout achievement. In 2012, her wellness path expanded when she discovered yoga. What began as a personal practice soon became a professional calling—leading to certification in Bikram Yoga in 2022 and 200-hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training through Yoga Alliance in 2025.
Lori is excited to share her lifelong love of fitness, mindfulness, and movement to help others build strength, balance, and confidence from the inside out.

Peri – Meditation Instructor & Resident Artist
Peri is both the creative force behind our stunning murals and artwork throughout the studio, and one of our most compassionate meditation instructors. She began her meditation training at just 17 with a spiritual master at Columbia University, and has since explored a wide range of meditation practices across diverse communities and cultural traditions.
Through a lifetime of practice and insight, Peri has come to believe that the most profound meditation is rooted in emotional clearing, calming the body, and cultivating clarity of thought. To her, meditation is a dialogue with our inner divine light—a form of listening, prayer, and presence that is accessible at any moment.

Sara Rose Thompson is a certified yoga teacher, integrative nutrition health coach, Level I Reiki practitioner, intuitive reader, and artist. A natural uplifter, she channels her personal healing journey into a holistic approach that nurtures body, mind, and spirit.
Sara received her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2016, where she developed a deep appreciation for guided meditation, Ayurvedic nutrition, and breath-centered movement. She later completed a year-long certification in Integrative Nutrition Health Coaching and continued expanding her skills through programs in Life Coaching and Heart-Core Leadership.

Wendy's certified to teach Vinyasa, Restorative, Yin and Yoga 12 step recovery and has additional training & experience in Thai Yoga Massage, Meditation and myofascial stretch.
