Jessica Pack  has been a licensed massage therapist in Connecticut since 2012 and a Reiki Master/Teacher since 2018. She is dedicated to providing her clients with a serene and therapeutic healing experience, drawing on her extensive expertise and deep understanding of energy work.

Jessica's fascination with ancient systems of energy medicine, including Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and the Chakra system, informs her holistic approach to healing. She seamlessly integrates these elements into her intuitive energy treatments, incorporating acupressure, aromatherapy, and crystal healing. Additionally, Jessica often communicates with her clients' higher selves and spirit guides to offer new perspectives on healing.

Beyond her energy work, Jessica has been a self-taught jewelry artist since 2015. She crafts unique pieces of wearable art, each attuned with the life force energy of Reiki. These healing amulets are designed to support personal growth and the journey towards healing.
