At Intrinsic Wellness Studio, we believe your wellness journey should feel empowering, inclusive, and personal. Our small group classes and services are thoughtfully designed for adults 30+ navigating busy lives, parenthood, recovery, and the physical and emotional transitions that come with age.
We meet you where you are—helping you build confidence, deepen self-awareness, and become an active partner in your own health and healing. This is not about pushing harder or keeping up. It’s about moving with intention, feeling supported, and making sustainable progress. We’re walking this journey with you—taking small steps and deep breaths.

With your consent, our practitioners collaborate across disciplines so your care feels connected and intentional. Your massage therapist understands what your yoga instructor is working on with you. If you’re recovering from surgery, a holistic nurse and medical exercise specialist work together to support your safe return to movement.
This level of coordination is rare—and it’s central to how we care.
Our goal isn’t to funnel you into services, but to walk alongside you as your needs evolve. From lymphatic care paired with therapeutic exercise, to prenatal and postpartum support, to integrative approaches like craniosacral therapy with sound immersion or EMDR alongside grief yoga—your care is thoughtfully aligned.
Whether you work with one practitioner or several, your experience is supported by communication, collaboration, and a shared commitment to your well-being. We aren’t about quick fixes. By keeping classes intentionally small, our instructors are able to provide individualized guidance, thoughtful modifications, and real-time support—while still offering the motivation and connection that comes from moving together.

Private Services
Private services are one-on-one sessions offered by independent practitioners within the studio. Appointments are scheduled directly with the practitioner, who manages their own availability, policies, and billing.
These sessions provide focused, individualized care and are ideal for recovery, complex needs, or when hands-on support is essential.
Semi-Private Services
Semi-private sessions are small, shared sessions (typically two to three clients) led by a practitioner. They offer personalized attention within a supportive, small-group setting.
Scheduling and billing are handled directly by the practitioner providing the service.
Small Group Classes
Small group classes are intentionally capped to ensure quality instruction, safety, and individualized guidance. Classes focus on movement, mobility, strength, flexibility, and stress reduction.
Class registration and payment are handled through Intrinsic Wellness Studio’s booking system, allowing you to view schedules, enroll, and manage your classes all in one place.
Workshops & Specialty Programs
Workshops and specialty programs offer deeper exploration of specific topics such as recovery, stress management, grief support, mobility, and integrative wellness. These experiences may include education, movement, and experiential components.
